Our RL3NB series triplex mud pump features an extended stroke design that enables the pump to operate at a lower stroke rate. This optimized configuration enhances suction performance and significantly prolongs the service life of expendable parts. The RL3NB series is manufactured and tested in strict accordance with SY5138 standard, as established by the Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China.
Applications
These slurry pumps are widely used for well drilling, workover operations, long-distance liquid transportation, polymer flooding, and water injection in oilfields, as well as in various industrial and mining applications.
Main Components
The RL3NB series triplex mud pump consists primarily of two main sections: the power end and the fluid end.
Power End: Includes the base, housing, main drive shaft, crankshaft, gear pair, and connecting rod crosshead assembly.
Fluid End: Comprises the high-pressure valve box, discharge manifold assembly, and suction manifold assembly.
Power End Lubrication
To meet diverse operational requirements, the power end’s herringbone gears, bearings, crossheads, sliding plates, and guide plates can be lubricated through two available systems:
Splash Gravity Lubrication: A self-contained lubrication method relying on oil splash and gravity feed.
Dual Lubrication: A combined system featuring externally forced lubrication alongside splash gravity lubrication for enhanced protection.
Fluid End Cooling
The liners and pistons within the fluid end are effectively spray-cooled by dedicated centrifugal pumps, ensuring stable performance during continuous operation.
