• Power Unit: The winch and mud pump are driven by a hydraulic and compound chain drive system, providing robust and efficient power transmission.
• Diesel Engines: Three A12V190PZL-3 diesel engines, paired with hydraulically coupled reduction gearboxes, constitute the power unit. These power units are cleverly mounted on the drill rig base, ensuring efficient power transmission to the mud pump and winch.
• Winch Integration: The winch is mounted on a lower base, ensuring smooth system operation while minimizing the risk of vibration or instability. A docking chain box connects the winch and the compound box, ensuring efficient power transmission.
• Hydraulic Disc Brake: A hydraulic disc brake is installed on the winch for controlling and stopping the system in critical moments or emergencies. The integration of automatic bit feeding, constant pressure, collision avoidance, and emergency operation functions further enhances the safety and performance of the drilling rig during drilling operations.
• Rotary Table: The rotary table is driven by a 600kW 400V AC variable frequency motor, which is driven by a dual-gear reducer. The continuously variable transmission (CVT) function enables the rotary table to achieve optimal performance under various drilling conditions, supporting high torque and high-speed operation.
